Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and engage potential SaaS and subscription-based business clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Use tools like HubSpot to plan, execute, and manage outbound campaigns effectively.
- Conduct personalized outreach based on thorough research of the target audience’s needs and pain points.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for all leads.
- Track communication history and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams
- Work closely with account executives to transition qualified leads and support seamless onboarding.
- Partner with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with broader campaign goals.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor outreach and lead conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales activity and pipeline progress.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in the lead generation process and suggest innovative solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to optimize sales strategies.
