We are now seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team in identifying and driving opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Research & Data Collection:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential SaaS and subscription-based businesses.
  • Use tools and databases to source, compile, and verify lead data for outbound campaigns.
• Database Management:
  • Maintain and enhance our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and manage segmented lead lists for targeted sales outreach.
• Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Partner with the sales team to align data insights with outbound strategies.
  • Support the creation of personalized outreach materials by providing key business insights.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and recommend optimizations.
  • Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to track sales pipeline efficiency and lead quality.
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry tools and best practices to improve lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or fintech.
• Fluent in English (German is a bonus but not required).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
