We are now seeking a talented Financial Analyst to support our sales team in identifying and driving opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyze bank account and transaction data to assess cash flow, revenue trends, and financial health.
• Evaluate subscription metrics such as ARR, LTV, CAC, and churn to determine creditworthiness.

Underwriting Support:

• Provide data-driven recommendations for credit decisions by interpreting financial data.
• Collaborate with the credit team to refine underwriting models and credit risk assessments.

Reporting & Dashboarding:

• Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics tools to visualize financial data and credit performance metrics.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis workflows in underwriting.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, underwriting, or credit risk, preferably in B2B, fintech, or SaaS environments.
• Fluent in English (German is a bonus but not required).
• Strong understanding of subscription business models and key financial metrics.
